PIXIE ERP10 - Saltwater treatment
Pool water treatment unit by saltwater electrolysis. Saltwater electrolysis releases free chlorine and disinfects immediately. The water treated in this way does not smell of chemicals, because the system prevents the formation of chloramine, which is the cause of unpleasant odours.
Electrolysis: Cleavage of salt (NaCl) molecules, which are separated into sodium (Na) and chlorine (Cl). This reaction is achieved by low voltage in insoluble titanium electrodes.
Note: Do not use any stainless steel equipment and parts in the saltwater pool as corrosion would occur immediately. Titanium/ceramic/plastic is safe to use in the salt pool water treatment.
